The Opportunity

Actively build a future in ShipBob’s expanding operations as a Supply Chain Analyst. Your mission will be to forecast outbound orders, validate data, run predictive models, and provide informed insights for FC planning across multiple time zones.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive outbound order forecasting and FC planning decisions
\n
• Optimize operation execution through daily merchant volume monitoring and risk management recommendations
\n
• Collaborate and strategize with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless fulfillment expansion
\n
• Escalate alerts and provide strategic recommendations to Operations and Merchant teams
\n
• Develop comprehensive forecasts and communicate effectively with supply chain leadership to project merchant needs and site capacity
\n
• Proactively monitor and evaluate merchant performance data and forecast trends across diverse fulfillment sites
\n
• Refine and maintain our core forecasting models while expanding support to all fulfillment locations

Your Foundation

\n
• 3+ years experience in supply chain or e-commerce fulfillment operations
\n
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, data analysis and Excel
\n
• Demonstrated research capabilities and innovative problem-solving skills
\n
• Proven experience communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders
\n
• Commitment to collaborative work environments and continuous learning
