Are you a Salesforce professional looking for more meaning in your work?
UNICEF Brazil is recruiting a Fundraising Associate to manage the technological backbone of its donor operations. With one of the largest private sector fundraising operations in the world, UNICEF Brazil relies on Salesforce to manage millions of individual donors who support children every month.
This is not just a data entry job. You will be the Product Owner of the CRM, acting as the bridge between the fundraising marketing team and the technical developers. If you understand Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and how to build “Flows,” this is your chance to work for the world’s leading children’s organization.

Role Overview & Impact
As the Salesforce Development Associate, you are the guardian of the donor database. Your work ensures that when a donor gives money, the system works perfectly, the receipt is sent, and the data is secure.
You will move beyond simple administration to strategic development—helping design new features to acquire more donors and retain existing ones.
Key Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Administration & Development
- Manage the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments.
- Customize the platform using declarative tools (Objects, Fields, Flows, Validation Rules) to fit new fundraising campaigns.
- Oversee “Release Management” and deployment pipelines to ensure system stability.
2. Product Ownership
- Act as the translator between Business Needs (e.g., “We need to track donors who stopped paying”) and Technical Solutions (e.g., “Let’s build a Flow to trigger an email journey”).
- Validate and QA (Quality Assurance) new features delivered by external vendors or global teams.
3. Data Integrity & Security
- Manage user licenses, profiles, and permission sets to ensure data security.
- Monitor data integration between Salesforce and payment gateways (PCI Compliance).
