About This Role
Join our Economic Impact Delivery team as a Senior Data Analyst. In this position, you’ll dive deep into complex customer data sets to reveal actionable trends and transform raw numbers into strategic business intelligence. Key Responsibilities
- Analytical & Strategic Insight: Conduct meticulous analysis of customer datasets to identify patterns and propose strategic solutions. Deliver precise forecasts and data-driven recommendations to inform delivery functions.
- Reporting & Data Integrity: Design and develop dynamic reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel. Champion data quality through rigorous validation and error detection processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with project managers to translate business needs into data specifications. Streamline report delivery workflows and advocate for automation in data processes.

Qualifications & Skills
