Key Responsibilities
- Services Strategy & Enablement
- Design GTM strategies aligning with growth objectives
- Create services SKUs, pricing frameworks, and packaging models
- Develop discount governance and approval workflows
- Predict service revenue with finance teams
- Sales Partnership
- Inform and accompany deal teams on services attachments
- Create sales tools, playbooks & service validation frameworks
- Train commercial teams on value propositions & quoting models
- Partner Strategy
- Paper vs. subsite partner structures & allocation models
- Optimize partner-delivered implementations
- Determine workload-sharing protocols with delivery teams
- Operational Excellence
- Drive service margin improvement & utilization targets
- Optimize service sales cycles & handoffs
- Build metrics dashboarding systems for service measurement
Candidate Profile
- 5-8+ years in Professional Services / Sales Ops / GTM
- Proven expertise in professional services strategy and forecasting
- Known strengths in SaaS pricing, capacity planning & team enablement
- Ability to influence across sales, finance & partner teams
- Exceptional data analysis skills accessing business problems
- Detail orientation, coaching mindset & communication mastery
Success Profile Qualities
- Experience scoping & pricing implementations
- Understanding of SaaS technical advisory services
- Background with service automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud)
- B2B software knowledge with GRC/Audit/Compliance domain
- Background supporting Big4 engagements
