The Role at Pilot

Leverage your expertise as our remote CFO Manager in Pilot’s Financial advisory services. You’ll advise startup founders, build financial models, manage cash flows, and drive business growth for high-growth startups and SMEs. This collaborative role partners with top-tier fintech and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver strategic financial guidance to accelerate business growth and manage finances
Develop sophisticated financial models, budgets, forecasts and provide KPI-driven business strategies
Maintain regular client communication to offer actionable financial advice
Lead investor discussions and oversee board presentations
Drive process improvements and refine financial service delivery for greater accuracy and efficiency

About You

We seek candidates with:

2-5+ years in finance, strategy, or fast-growth environments (investment banking or consulting preferred)
Advanced Excel expertise with demonstrated experience in financial modeling
Exceptional analytical skills, communication abilities and commitment to detail
Meticulous work ethic with high integrity in handling financial data
Proactive approach to solving complex business problems in fluid environments
