What You’ll Do
- Strategize and implement D2C and HCP campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Develop and deploy tracking/tagging for all campaign assets
- Collaborate with campaign leads to create data-driven strategies for both managed and self-serve clients
- Oversee audience segmentation and programmatic distribution to DSPs, social platforms, and media networks
- Produce regular client campaign reports with optimization insights and recommendations
- Coordinate campaign operations across multiple digital channels and platforms
- Monitor performance metrics and troubleshoot platform-delivery issues for targeted segments
- Escalate operational challenges with suggested solutions
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in digital marketing, ad operations, or marketing technology
- Proven attention to detail with strong analytical skills
- Comfort with data-driven decision making (experience with Excel required)
- Adept at thriving in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Inquisitive, motivated to learn new platforms and technologies independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- RTB/purchasing inventory experience
- Familiarity with major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Experience with LiveRamp or similar audience data solutions
- Knowledge of major DSPs and media platforms (The Trade Desk, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
