Role Purpose

We seek a Digital Media and Audience Analyst to build and maintain impactful digital campaigns for healthcare-focused DTC and HCP marketing. You’ll manage media platform operations, develop analytics, refine audience strategies, and ensure optimal campaign execution.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute healthcare data-driven DTC and HCP campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Bing, and DSP platforms.
  • Implement robust tracking and tagging for diverse campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with Strategy teams to develop and optimize campaign strategies for both agency-based and self-serve customers.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive client campaign reports with data interpretation and actionable recommendations.
  • Design and manage audience targeting strategies, develop audience solutions, and provide insights to clients.
  • Coordinate programmatic distribution of audience segments via DSPs, SSPs, CTV, and social platforms.
  • Implement operational best practices and communication protocols using Jira/trackers; ensure timely issue resolution and escalation.
  • Diagnose and resolve audience segment delivery issues with platforms and partners.
  • Proactively identify and escalate campaign operational delays and challenges.

Bonus Points/Skills

  • Direct experience in RTB/bidding environments (e.g., The Trade Desk).
  • Familiarity with ad platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, LookerStudio.
  • Experience with data connectivity tools like LiveRamp and data management platforms.
  • Knowledge of media vendors (DSPs, SSPs) including DeepIntent, PulsePoint, Amazon, etc.
