Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deploy enterprise-scale, cloud-native solutions
- Build and refine automation tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Create infrastructure components with monitoring and observability best practices from ground up
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical efforts with business goals
- Prioritize and manage projects like SSO, multi-org auth, database optimization, and internal tooling innovation
Required Skills
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions
- Mastery of object-oriented programming languages (Python, Ruby, Go/Rust preferred)
- Database expertise: 3+ years designing PostgreSQL/MySQL schemas, optimizing queries, and tuning performance
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure expertise for deployment and scaling
- CI/CD pipeline development and integration experience
- Technical leadership in building efficient backend systems that solve complex problems
- Detailed database schema design and performance tuning capabilities
- Frontend framework integration (React/Vue/Angular) for internal tooling
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across product, SRE, and customer success teams
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Feature flag systems for gradual rollouts
- DataDog monitoring experience
- SSO/OAuth/SCIM expertise
- Internal tooling development with automation frameworks

✅ Qualifications
- 3+ years designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions
- Proficient in Python, Ruby, or Go/Rust backend languages
- Expert PostgreSQL/MySQL DBA skills (schema design, optimization)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (preferred)
- CI/CD pipeline experience
- Frontend frameworks working knowledge (React/Vue/Angular)
- Database performance tuning demonstrated experience
- Object-oriented programming mastery
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
