Job Summary
We’re seeking a versatile Brand Designer to join our small but mighty Brand & Creative Development team. This role blends execution of high-quality digital and print design work with strategic brand expression development.
You’ll partner closely with our Art Director to create assets for various marketing needs, support design system development, and shape visually compelling brand experiences across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate internally to create high-quality brand assets (digital & print) for campaigns, products, events and collateral
- Execute technically excellent design work, strengthening design systems while keeping brand integrity
- Transform brand guidelines into engaging visual outputs that connect with target audiences
- Work with different stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life across channels
- Manage multiple projects efficiently using project management tools
- Support brand evolution through creative problem-solving and fresh perspectives
- Leverage experience in digital and print design to solve presentation challenges
Qualifications & Requirements
We’re looking for a talented designer with 4–6 years of experience, ideally including 2+ years in CPG brand development.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field (or equivalent real-world experience)
- 4–6 years professional design experience
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient with project management tools like Asana
- Collaborative, adaptable and low-ego approach
- Passion for brand building and positive consumer experiences
Desired:
- Experience with motion graphics
- Experience with event or activation design
- Art direction experience
Compensation & Perks
The base compensation range for this full-time remote position is $130K – $140K annually, plus a potential 15% bonus for eligible employees.
