About This Role

We’re seeking a talented Designer to shape powerful brand stories across various media. You’ll take the lead in visual concepting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate brand ideas into engaging, multi-platform visuals. This dynamic position offers remote flexibility and a chance to significantly impact client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction for multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Design compelling social media content, email assets, landing pages, and digital ads aligned with brand identities
• Develop engaging visual narratives that resonate with target audiences
• Produce dynamic motion graphics to elevate digital campaigns
• Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
• Collaborate effectively with diverse departments to maintain consistent brand execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2+ years professional design experience in a fast-paced agency setting
• Compelling design portfolio showcasing impactful visual campaigns
• Expertise in Figma and core Adobe creative tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to edit video content, preferably with experience in After Effects
• Creative problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in UX/UI design principles or user experience design
• Proven ability in web design or illustration
• Mastery of advanced motion design techniques
• Background in digital marketing agencies
