Why This Role Matters

We’re seeking an experienced services leader to architect our Professional Services GTM motion. You’ll partner with sales, finance, and partner services to strategically position services, optimize pricing, and ensure both customer success and business growth. This opportunity sits at the intersection of sales enablement and implementation excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute comprehensive professional services offerings to align with business objectives
  • Design sustainable pricing models and packaging strategies that drive attach rates while protecting margins
  • Develop governance frameworks for discount management and deal structuring
  • Influence cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives impacting services revenue
  • Create enablement resources and playbooks for the sales team on service positioning
  • Develop partner delivery frameworks that enhance service velocity while maintaining quality
  • Drive operational excellence through robust reporting and metrics tracking

Attributes for Success

This role requires a strategic executor with:

  • 5-8+ years in Professional Services, Sales Ops, or GTM roles within SaaS
  • Proven expertise in services forecasting, pricing strategy, and implementation economics
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Comprehensive analytical capabilities with experience translating data into strategy
  • Exceptional communication skills with comfort at C-level engagement levels
