The Opportunity

Dila Recruitment is looking for a freelance talent hunter to become part of our diverse team. Are you a passionate recruiter who excels at connecting talented people with rewarding career opportunities, particularly within the multilingual BPO sector? We’re seeking an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing and placing individuals fluent in languages like English and Dutch. This freelance role offers a performance-based compensation structure where success is directly linked to your candidate placements.

Your expertise in finding top-tier candidates through various channels will play a crucial role in helping European companies fill their positions.

Responsibilities

Expertly source candidates across diverse channels like job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms
Conduct thorough candidate assessments to identify the best matches for client requirements
Collaborate seamlessly with the Dila Recruitment team to expedite the hiring process
Maintain and cultivate a robust candidate pipeline for continuous recruitment opportunities
Negotiate interview schedules and coordinate effectively between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain meticulously updated and highly detailed candidate profiles in our ATS system

Requirements

Mastery of English language (both for speaking and professional writing)
A commercially attractive bonus for successful candidate placements
Professional recruitment experience, especially in the international BPO sector
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
Excellent organizational skills, time management, and responsiveness
Ability to strategically leverage your professional network and develop unique sourcing approaches
Based within or holding a valid work permit in Europe to invoice as a self-employed freelancer
