Generative Application: Deploy advanced state-of-the-art tools (OCR, vision-language models) to extract meaning from diverse inputs.
Language Transformer Design: Develop sophisticated strategies for training LLMs to convert unstructured documents into structured formats.
Data Integrity: Architect systems for data validation, bias reduction, and ethical AI alignment.

who you are (essential)

Higher education in AI, Statistics, Computer Science or closely linked domain
– Fluency in Python & practical experience with NLP libraries such as HuggingFace
– Mastery of advanced prompt engineering coupled with multi-modal understanding
– Proven ability to architect data workflows from raw inputs to production-grade systems
– Demonstrable track record of cleaning/structuring unstructured data for ML applications

– Proven success with implementation of visual-language models like BLIP/Donut/LayoutLM
– Hands-on deployment/operations experience for large-scale machine learning
