About the Role
This Medical Director position leads our expanding Men’s Health telehealth program. You’ll provide strategic clinical oversight, ensuring exceptional patient care delivery through innovative technology. This role offers significant impact across erectile dysfunction, testosterone optimization, and hair loss treatments.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical operations and guide best practices for men’s health telehealth services
- Ensure delivery of quality, patient-centered care through continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict compliance with federal, state, and healthcare regulations including HIPAA
- Recruit, train, and supervise clinical teams while ensuring state licensure requirements are met
- Demonstrate clinical expertise in evidence-based treatments for common men’s health conditions
- Collaborate with leadership to expand telehealth offerings and leverage technological innovations
- Oversee accurate patient documentation and treatment outcome tracking
- Educate and engage patients to foster seamless telehealth experiences
- Dedicate approximately 15 hours/week to direct patient consultations via our secure platform
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Current and unrestricted medical license in all 50 U.S. states
- Active DEA registration
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (Internal Medicine, Urology, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years experience in clinical healthcare or telehealth operations
- Proven clinical expertise in men’s health conditions (ED, testosterone optimization, hair loss)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong leadership experience and ability to mentor clinical staff
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills for complex medical scenarios
- Proficiency with electronic health records and healthcare technologies
