Position Overview

Your role will establish secure CI/CD practices and maintain the highest security standards across Salesforce for healthcare operations by collaborating with business analysts, developers, and administrators.

Key Responsibilities

Design and sustain complex CI/CD pipelines using the Copado platform for Salesforce environments
Establish secure coding standards, deployment protocols, and quality gate enforcement
Implement application monitoring, enhance security practices, and ensure HIPAA/FDA compliance throughout development
Develop robust automated testing frameworks integrated within release workflows
Manage version control practices, org synchronization, and data protection procedures
Troubleshoot deployments, support release coordination, and maintain documentation
Advise on security assessments and contribute to security governance improvements
Mentor others on DevSecOps principles and practices

Required Skills

Technical Background

Mid-level experience combining DevOps principles with Salesforce expertise
Proven ability configuring Copado CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
Understanding of automated testing integration in Salesforce environments (tests-driven)
Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture (Sales/Service Cloud) and application security
Familiarity with Git, branching strategies, and release coordination
Excellent grasp of security requirements and vulnerability management principles
