What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a technical support specialist to join our Customer Success team. This role is instrumental in establishing world-class technical support standards, providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and helping users maximize our platform. You’ll be responsible for tracking and analyzing support data, identifying issues through careful reproduction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements.

Your contributions will involve:

  • Addressing complex customer inquiries through email, chat, and Zoom
  • Ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions to customer issues
  • Documenting and streamlining support processes to enhance efficiency
  • Identifying and reproducing technical issues with comprehensive bug reporting
  • Maintaining and developing knowledge bases for customer self-service
  • Working closely with Customer Success and R&D teams
  • Serving as the primary escalation point for in-depth troubleshooting

About You

We’re seeking someone experienced and effective in customer support, with a passion for problem-solving and outstanding communication. Key qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years of customer support experience, including technical support
  • A proven track record of exceptional customer service and problem-solving
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRMs, and SaaS troubleshooting
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is highly valued

Plus

  • Interest or background in healthcare and behavioral health
  • Customer Success experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer support, with minimum 2 years specializing in technical support

  • Familiarity with customer service ticketing systems and CRM platforms
  • Understanding of SaaS products and technical troubleshooting principles
  • Ability to thrive in changing startup environments
  • Capability to work consistently during standard business hours (typically 9 am – 6 pm PST)
