✅ Qualifications
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science (or equivalent technical expertise)
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development with demonstrable backend architecture experience
- Proven ability designing and managing large-scale distributed systems
- Expert programming skills in Python, Go, C/C++, or Java
- Deep understanding of system internals and operational complexities
- Track record defining technical solutions for complex, open-ended challenges
