Role Overview
As a Business Analyst within our remote Poland team, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Operations growth by conducting quality business analysis, defining requirements, and driving solution implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end business analysis including problem identification, scope definition, root cause analysis, and impact assessment
- Design solutions in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring technical feasibility
- Document requirements using industry standards and create process maps
- Engage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment at every stage
- Translate business needs into system requirements (Epic/User Stories) within an Agile environment
- Drive User Acceptance Testing and Quality Acceptance processes
- Communicate complex technical information clearly to business users
- Train stakeholders on application usage to ensure effective adoption
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven expertise with ViewPoint (Entity Management product) or equivalent complex systems
- Knowledge of entity management, regulatory filings, and service operations
- Experience with technologies relevant to business applications and Microsoft tools
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with adaptable communication approaches
- Exceptional planning and organizational abilities to manage competing priorities effectively
- Advanced business analysis skills with structured requirements gathering proficiency
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with business acumen
- Process mapping, requirements documentation, and multitasking abilities
- Experience working with global technical teams in a service-based environment
- Professional fluency in English (both written and verbal)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant Business Analyst certifications highly valued
