Role Overview

Join our Economic Impact Delivery team as a Senior Data Analyst responsible for advanced data analysis, forecasting, and generating high-quality reports to drive strategic business and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of complex customer datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Develop and deliver accurate forecasts to support strategic decision-making across delivery functions
Identify data anomalies, risks, and gaps while proposing effective solutions
Create clear, compelling customer reports and dashboards using tools like Excel and Power BI
Ensure data quality through validation, error detection, and implementing robust monitoring practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into actionable data specifications
Communicate technical findings in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to non-technical audiences
Enhance report delivery workflows and contribute to continuous improvement of internal data processes
Identify automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and scalability
Act as a mentor and resource to peers, sharing knowledge and supporting collaborative problem-solving

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
7-10 years of experience in a senior data analysis, business intelligence, or related role
Proven track record in a senior analyst role demonstrating expertise in data analysis and interpretation
Excellent proficiency in data visualization and presentation
Strong skills in recognizing complex data patterns and relationships
Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent data projects and deadlines
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills
Leadership experience with a proven ability to mentor and guide junior analysts
Detailed-oriented approach with strong capabilities in data analysis
Excellent communication skills to distill complex information into clear, actionable business insights
Demonstrated experience in improving business processes and influencing outcomes

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, PivotTables, and data modeling)
Working knowledge of SQL and data querying techniques
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
Proficiency with MS Windows-based applications including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
