Digital Marketing Campaign Manager Opportunity

As our remote Digital Ads Manager, you’ll oversee comprehensive advertising strategies across search, display, video, social media, and targeted ad platforms. This role involves end-to-end campaign management from strategy development to performance optimization to maximize ROI across our key digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement data-driven advertising strategies for Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and YouTube Ads
Manage campaign lifecycle including targeting, bidding, budget allocation, and optimization
Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and keyword strategy development
Produce compelling ad creatives and messaging in collaboration with design teams
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, view rate)
Continuously test and iterate ad variations to improve performance
Monitor platform algorithm changes and industry trends

Requirements

Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads
Deep understanding of digital marketing attribution models and conversion tracking
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and ad platform analytics
Excellent data analysis skills with focus on translating metrics into strategy
Creative approach to ad copywriting and campaign optimization
Strong organizational and communication abilities with multi-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications
Experience with YouTube TrueView ads and Shorts formats
Background in A/B testing methodologies and retargeting strategies
Familiarity with the property services or real estate industries
