Key Project
Lead the development of our revolutionary Digital Guidebook and innovative guest-facing upsell features, directly shaping the next-generation guest journey from arrival to departure.
Your Impact
- Craft and execute strategic roadmaps for rapidly growing digital guest products
- Identify opportunities and mitigate cross-team risks
- Drive customer value through iterative development and data-informed decisions
- Collaborate globally with engineers, designers, and commercial teams
- Define user stories and requirements based on stakeholder feedback and user research
Your Profile
- Proven experience establishing product strategy in complex tech environments (B2B2C or B2C SaaS)
- Minimum 4 years managing digital product lifecycles, with startup experience welcomed
- Track record of measuring customer impact and prioritizing business value
- Passionate about creating seamless guest journeys and exceptional user experiences
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving execution across distributed teams
- Skilled stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership
