The Role
In this QA Engineer position, you’ll oversee comprehensive testing of our SaaS platform, ensuring robust quality assurance across all features and functions.
- Develop and implement innovative testing strategies, automation frameworks, and detailed test plans
- Create maintainable test scripts and comprehensive defect reports
- Manage AWS-based test environments and infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers and product owners
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, backlog grooming)
- Contribute to documentation of testing procedures and standards

About the Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of professional QA/testing experience with a focus on cloud applications
- Deep understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proven experience implementing and using Jira for test case management
- Fluent English required (professional writing and verbal communication)
Excellent to Have:
- Linux command-line proficiency
- Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS)
- Experience with test management tools like TestRail
- Benchmarking tools like JMeter or Blazemeter experience

- 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance roles
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies
