Role Overview
Are you passionate about creating clear, concise, and user-friendly content for complex products? Join Pendo’s product content team as a Senior Technical Writer/Content Designer to create and maintain our documentation and UI copy. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality content that helps users understand our tools effectively.
Your Impact
- Own the documentation lifecycle for multiple product areas
- Develop clear and accurate technical writing and UI copy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure content meets business goals
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in technical writing and content design
- Improve user experience through thoughtful content architecture and organizational system design

Qualifications
- 2+ years independently owning documentation/UI copy and driving projects, typically for two or more product areas
- Ability to break down complex topics into clear, concise, and useful content
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Strong interdepartmental communication and relationship-building abilities
- Thrives in fast-paced, agile environments
- Demonstrated curiosity and ‘learning by doing’ approach with products
- Comfortable incorporating AI tools into content workflows
- A portfolio of documentation and/or UI copy writing samples
