Key Responsibilities

Provide direct strategic finance guidance and problem-solving support to large-cap tech founders and startup CEOs.
Own client communication and regularly deliver actionable recommendations with clear expectation management.
Apply advanced financial modeling techniques to create, validate, and utilize comprehensive business financial projections, budgets, and forecasts.
Collaborate within a leading fintech-enabled financial advisory firm serving entrepreneurial ventures.
Implement strategic initiatives that improve client business and financial KPIs through iterative analysis and strategic partnering.
Manage ongoing variance analysis and rolling forecast processes to maintain financial plan accuracy.
Support critical investor and board functions by providing actionable financial insights and KPI oversight.
Contribute to team innovation, operational refinement, and service strategy enhancement.

About You

2-5+ years in finance consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance leadership within high-growth or fintech environments.
Proven experience advising businesses, preferably small-to-growth stage ventures.
Mastery of advanced Excel financial modeling with ability to independently develop and maintain sophisticated financial tools.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented with strong capacity for information processing and pattern recognition.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex finances into clear strategic frameworks.
Independent, high-integrity work ethic with low supervision requirement.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and adaptability thrive in dynamic, ambiguity-tolerant settings.
Meticulous collaborative skills for building trusted advisor relationships across diverse business functions.

✅ Qualifications

2-5+ years experience in strategic finance consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance roles supporting high-growth companies
Preferable background advising small to growth-stage businesses
Mastery of advanced financial modeling using Microsoft Excel
Record of independent work with exceptional attention to detail
