Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end subscription buying experience for global SaaS vendors like Adobe, Microsoft
- Drive customer adoption, retention, and revenue growth through customer journey optimization
- Direct vendor partnerships to expand market offerings and develop co-marketing strategies
- Enhance customer experience and satisfaction with customer-facing demos and resolution support
- Own marketplace analytics and customer feedback implementation (requires NPS experience)
- Coordinate technical integrations with SAP and oversee subscription automation flows
- Demonstrate expertise with subscription commerce platforms preferred
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Sales, and Vendor Management
Qualifications Needed
- 5-8 years experience in digital commerce or SaaS marketplaces
- Digital product management expertise in roadmap development and stakeholder alignment
- Working knowledge of SaaS subscription models and software purchasing behaviors
- Proven experience with UX/UI design principles and clear user journey mapping
- Technical aptitude for system integrations particularly with SAP platforms
- Experience with subscription commerce solutions like AppDirect is preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving ability for complex customer and system interactions
- Collaboration skills working with diverse functions including vendors and IT
