The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is expanding its European partnership strategy. As global humanitarian needs rise, we are seeking to build stronger ties with the Government of Spain, including the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and decentralized public actors.
We are seeking a Strategic Consultant with deep, insider knowledge of the Spanish public aid architecture.
You will not just be writing a report; you will be the architect of IRC’s entry strategy into the Spanish market. You will map the landscape, identify the right doors to knock on, and guide our Senior Leadership on how to position IRC as a partner of choice for Spanish humanitarian funding.
