Job Description
Job Summary
Support EY’s global delivery services by coordinating Talent Operations and HR functions virtually for the MENA region, ensuring efficient HR transaction processing and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HROSS, HRIS data maintenance, and system administration
- Coordinate global HR requests and manage EC data flow
- Process mass uploads, fiscal year updates, and workflow corrections
- Run monthly reports and manage request queues
- Participate in UAT and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with HR specialization preferred
- Minimum 4 years of HR coordinate/admin experience
- Advanced MS Office skills, attention to detail, and data handling capabilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in virtual teams
- Time management skills for fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
